Jason Wingard | Team Profile

Dr. Jason Wingard is an executive, board director, author, and trusted advisor to CEOs, boards, and investors on AI strategy, leadership, workforce transformation, and organizational growth. Over a 30-year career spanning the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, he has overseen enterprises with budgets exceeding $3 billion, led organizations of more than 15,000 employees, and served on corporate and nonprofit boards.

Dr. Wingard currently serves as Senior Advisor at Harvard Project on Workforce, Senior Advisor at Social Finance, Inc., and Executive Chairman of the Education Board, Inc. He recently served as the 12th President of Temple University and, concurrently, dual-appointment tenured Professor of Management (Business) and Policy, Organizational, and Leadership Studies (Education).

Dr. Wingard holds a BA in Sociology (Organizational Behavior & Social Psychology), with honors, from Stanford University where he was a member of the varsity football and track teams. He also holds a MA in Education (Professional Development) from Emory University, a EdM in Technology in Education from Harvard University, and a PhD in Education, Culture, and Society (Corporate Education) from the University of Pennsylvania.
